My Lobotomy: A Memoir 5 of 5 stars ⭐

By: Howard Dully

This was a powerfully moving book, which I consumed in one afternoon. It's a moving memoir, which I related to in a personal and painful way. Not because I had a lobotomy; but because I was also the strong willed, "identified patient" in my family. I was thrown away in much the same way as Howard Dully, although not so brutally (I had extended family who cared). I'm glad I was a teenager in the 80's, or something similar might have happened to me.
